What is 3d spacer fabric?

It is a kind of high-elasticity, high-density kniting textile.Unlike traditional textile which is complanate,it is three-dimention.

Its upper and lower side are meshes, and the middle is the unique X-90 structure made of polyester, giving it the outstanding support force,velitation and washable fuctions.

  3D mesh has millions points to support human body. There are about 40 support points within 1 cm2 and its support density is as 800 times as spring's. Support every point of the spine, prevent it from distortion.

• 2. Air permeability: 4800L/S.M2

  The middle hollow structure, with upper and low mesh makes it ventilate in six sides. It is measured that the quantity of air passing through it in 1 second each m2 is 4800L.

  It is made of 100% polyester, which is hard to react with dirtiness. The unique middle hollow structure enable water to pass through easily.
