Talked about  3D spacer fabric technology innovation

Innovative products always lead to changes in the consumer market, when they are come out. 

With the core service target to enhance consumers’ quality of life, Wellcool constantly pursue technology innovation of 3D spacer fabric and 3D pillow, cushion, in order to provide more comfortable products.

Regarding production equipment, Wellcool introduced a new heat-setting equipment, using advanced environmentally friendly natural gas to provide energy.

Compared to the original coal-fired energy, warming effecter, efficiency is higher. While labor is saved, it reduces the emissions of pollutants, gets more environmentally friendly.

Regarding technology, Wellcool invests a large proportion of funding to R&D, hire professional technical staff.

Products are updated annually. Take the new 3D combination mattress as an example, compared to the traditional mattress, it is more portable, breathable, can quick distribute pressure and be washable.

Also Wellcool cooperates with many industrial key universities. Like Tianjin Polytechnic University, Wellcool established Three-dimensional Fabric Composite Materials Experimental Center jointly with it, focusing on updating application of the 3D spacer fabric in the new field.

                  

Since 2006 first Germany 3D warp knitted fabric machine was imported. Till now, venue is the same, plant is the same, the pursuit of product quality is always not changed.

As industry leader of 3D spacer fabric (3D air mesh fabric), 3D pillow , Wellcool established first "Warp knitting fabric testing laboratory", and led the establishment of the "3D Warp Knitted Fabric Industry Test Standards", to enhance its own product quality and also to favor benign development of 3d spacer air mesh fabric.
